I think as long as the higher oomph does not make it heaver. This is a crisp summer beer that should refresh and relax…. not sure about the extra kick for this one. Maybe up the flavor and aroma with a touch of lemon grass and keep the octane at regular…. wahahah says the floorguy!

Dutch is one of three official languages of Belgium. Sawtooth is a Belgian Wit. And Big Bad Wolf would lead you to believe a high alcohol Sawtooth, or what we might call an Imperial. But, would people like at 7% alcohol Imperial Belgian Wit that tastes so delicious you could drink it to no end on a 90 degree summer day?
